California Girl Scout Sells More Than 300 Boxes of Cookies Outside Marijuana Dispensary

This kid is GENIUS!

A California girl scout posted up shop outside a marijuana dispensary where she sold more than 300 boxes of the famous cookies in just six hours.

"Lady Doritos"? Not happening, PepsiCo says

The phrase "lady Doritos" trended on social media after PepsiCo's longtime CEO, Indra Nooyi, said on a podcast that unlike men, women don't like to lick their fingers after eating a bag of Doritos.

"We already have Doritos for women — they're called Doritos," the company said in a statement Tuesday.

SpaceX Thrilled With Falcon Heavy Launch

Elon Musk says he wants a new "space race" after SpaceX enjoyed a thrilling performance of its Falcon Heavy rocket yesterday. The rocket launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida, carrying its test payload of a Tesla Roadster to space.

In the aftermath, SpaceX CEO Musk said the launch taught him that "crazy things can come true" – and even admitted that he wasn’t at all sure it would work. What we know now is that the rocket is the most powerful in the world. SpaceX has engineered it to not only carry heavy loads into space, but to do it at a fraction of the cost of competing rockets.

4 Dead After Powerful 6.4 Earthquake Hits Taiwan

At least two people are dead and more than 200 people are hurt after powerful 6.4-magnitude earthquake hit off the coast of Taiwan before midnight local time yesterday. It has toppled buildings in the eastern city of Hualien a city of 110-thousand people.

Pictures and video show mass damage – which includes a number of buildings left tilted. So far one hotel has collapsed. Water supplies and electricity have also been disrupted for thousands of residents.

A government official says the severity of the injuries ranges from minor to severe.

Amtrak train separates on busy Acela line

An Amtrak train separated early Tuesday morning as it was traveling from Washington, D.C., to Boston. The Acela 2150 train experienced a "mechanical issue when two of the train's cars separated" just before 7 a.m.

There were approximately 52 passengers aboard and thankfully there were no reported injuries to customers or crew.
